There are problems which Syrian refugees face to access the services. Language is the one of the most important problem Syrians faced. Therefore DRC has started the online translation service. Syrians can call from whole Turkey by using that number: 444 74 08

This number will work at 9.30 to 17.00 o’clock and Arabic-Turkish online translation service will be provided for Syrian refugees. The phone number can be called from all over Turkey.
